Yes. If you do not see a current opening that matches your qualifications, but you have relevant industry experience, we encourage you to share your background with us through our General Application. Our continued growth means we’re always interested in connecting with talented individuals whose experience and values align with Stone Coast. If a future opportunity is a match, a member of our team may reach out.

Yes. Candidates are welcome to apply for more than one position if their skills and interests align with multiple roles. We encourage you to submit a separate application for each position in which you are interested.

A current resume is required for all positions. A cover letter is not required, but we read cover letters that are submitted and recommend including one if you’d like to share why you’re interested in Stone Coast and the role. Applications for some positions, such as entry-level roles, may also require additional materials including unofficial transcripts.

Most roles require a four-year college degree, but that degree does not have to be in business or finance. While we prefer candidates with a business or finance background, we welcome strong candidates from a variety of academic backgrounds, and place high value on relevant skills and demonstrated interest in the company and the role. We provide training and seek individuals who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.

We strongly recommend that you review the description of the position for which you’re interviewing and learn about our company and our industry. Visiting our website, Careers page, and LinkedIn can help you understand our work, our culture, and what makes us different. Be prepared to discuss your experience, explain your interest in the role, and ask thoughtful questions. Interviews are intended to be two‑way conversations.

If your application is selected to move forward, a member of the Stone Coast hiring team will contact you by email with next steps or follow‑up questions.

Hiring timelines vary depending on the role and the volume of applications received. We review applications on a rolling basis and generally contact candidates selected to move forward within 30 days of applying. Most positions include at least two rounds of interviews. While we strive to notify all applicants of their status, due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond individually to every application.
