Marc is a Founder and Principal of Stone Coast, bringing extensive legal and financial expertise to the firm. Since co-founding Stone Coast in 2006, he has supported client relationships with in-depth knowledge of fund structures, tax, and regulatory issues.
Before Stone Coast, Marc practiced law in Washington, D.C. for seven years before joining Forum Financial Group as corporate counsel, where he launched European fund administration companies. In 2000, he founded Forum’s U.S. hedge fund administration business, which he led for six years, including its transition to Citigroup after its 2003 acquisition.
Marc has also served as a director and officer for numerous onshore and offshore companies. He earned his BA with Distinction from Yale University and his JD from Vanderbilt University.
